By placing an order with Noogle Soft, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions below.
- The Client: The company or individual requesting the services of Noogle Soft Designs.
Noogle Soft : Primary designer/site owner & employees or affiliates - Order: A contract written or verbal between the client and Noogle Soft, includes telephone and email agreements.
- The website, graphics and programming code will be the property of Nooge Soft until mutually agreed by the client and Noogle Soft and all outstanding dues are cleared in full.
- Any work done by Noogle Soft for client’s website including the scripts, coding or software, unless mutually agreed, will be copyright of Noogel Soft and may not be commercially reproduced or resold without the knowledge and permission of Nooge Soft.
- Nooge Soft will not take any responsibility for copyright infringements caused by materials and content submitted by the client.
- Nooge Soft will not be liable for costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the failure to meet agreed deadlines.
- An advance deposit is required with any project and before any design work will be carried out. The same will be non refundable and Nooge Soft will not be liable for non execution of project for certain reasons not in control of Nooge Soft
Payments
Payments will be made by an automatic check draft. When setting up an account with us we will require you to fax a copy of a check and a copy of the client's drivers licence. Each month on the 1st of the month Great Web will draft the monthly fees from the checking account that we have on file.
